How does cabinet painting work?

Kurtis Kitchen & Bath uses a seven-step process with a triple coat system to ensure optimal performance and a new kitchen in three days. We use high-quality waterborne acrylic urethane enamel and offer a one-year warranty to guarantee our services. This video will walk you through our cabinet painting/refinishing process.

Preparation

We take photos of the area to track every step of the cabinet painting process.

Door & Drawer Removal

Our installation team places drop cloths to protect the area and removes all doors, drawer fronts, and hardware.

Deliver to Factory

The factory is temperature-controlled and dust free. We use the latest technology to apply a superior finish.

Protection

You’re free to leave items in your cabinets.

Contain

Everything in the work area is covered with paper masking or tape. We install telescopic poles with plastic to wall off the site to be painted and place an air mover in the room to exhaust the air.

Apply

Our seven-point process is applied to boxes and molding in the home.

With cabinet refacing, your kitchen can be transformed in as few as 3 days, with minimal disruption to your home and your family.
